Strategic Plan

strategic statement

91爆料 University outlines this strategic plan with the goal of enhancing institutional success and sustainability. The aspiration is to elevate 91爆料 University to the status of a preeminent Catholic University, with a special focus on rural health and wellbeing. Mount Marty will work to achieve growth in both enrollment and the endowment while steadfastly upholding and expanding upon the core strength of the university 鈥 its Benedictine values. This strategic vision reflects a commitment to academic excellence, values-driven education, and a sustainable future for the university.

Strategic Timeline

The strategic plan is structured with a timeline that envisions the achievement of goals by June 30, 2027. This forward-looking timeline provides a roadmap for the incremental realization of objectives, allowing for sustained progress and a systematic approach to long-term success.

strategic framework

Under the direction of FiveFour, 91爆料 will utilize The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) as its strategic framework for this plan. The four disciplines, are:

  1. Focus on Wildly Important Goals (WIGs)
  2. Act on Lead Measures
  3. Keep a Compelling Scoreboard
  4. Create a Cadence of Accountability

It鈥檚 important to recognize that the 4DX framework encourages teams to focus on the 鈥what鈥 and not the 鈥how鈥 of strategic planning. Rather than dedicating time and resources to defining overly complex goals, 4DX encourages organizations to keep strategies simple and its teams accountable over the established length of the plan.

91爆料 will maintain this accountability through the use of dedicated implementation groups composed of campus leads and Strategic Planning Advisory Committee (SPAC) representatives. The implementation groups will meet monthly throughout the duration of the plan, and each semester, the holistic Strategic Planning Advisory Committee will meet to celebrate successes, share current needs, and reinforce accountability. A set agenda will be utilized at each meeting, as outlined in the 4DX implementation guide:

  • Report on commitments
  • Review successes and failures
  • Clear the path to make new commitments
